    I got dragged out to the indian restaurant next door for lunch and they made me eat chicken tikka :eek: (It was very nice;))
    I was good though and had just that and no popadoms or rice or Naan bread so am hoping it hasn't done a huge amount of damage!

    Back on the straight and narrow from now though :)

    yes it was yummy!!!
    but I thought I was very good sticking to just that! My friend was disappointed about missing out on the popadoms though!!!:rolleyes:

    I have been good had a soup for tea and just polished off a bar!
    oh and lots of water of course!!
    Back to my usual 3 units tomorrow :innocent0002:
