Height 167cm, Weight 58kg.

So since losing nearly 40lbs about 2 years ago (now at healthy weight), I have been left with thick, grabable fatty (I think) skin on my thighs. This flabby skin particularly makes my legs look wider inside and from the side. Has bothered me for 2 years. What can I do to trim this down ?!

PS: No “be happy with who you are”, “it’s fine” comments please 🙂

I'm with you. I walk a lot and thought I would have nice shapely legs but no they let me down. Tops are flabby but we all have something we don't like about ourselves. Every morning I wake up thankful to see another day. :)

Have you tried muscle toning exercises? Squats etc. I sometimes find exercise toning and fitness inspiration on Instagram

This.

Cycling as well has worked for me.

What it hasn't really done is changed the size of my thighs though. They still seem to be huge but instead of flabby they're like bloody rocks!
