Thin Burgers

I don't like homemade burgers as they are generally too thick and for some reason upsets my tummy!

So if like me you prefer the thinner burger:
(Use fresh minced beef that has NOT been frozen)

Season the Minced Beef, take a small ball and flatten slightly, place between two pieces of greaseproof paper, and flatten using a rolling pin, then freeze still in it's greaseproof paper.
When needed cook from frozen, using a griddle pan over a high heat (or a well heated grill)
 
Ah good idea mine always end up too thick
