things i can do and still loose weight

for all of us ladies (and gents) who have been SWers for a while and have made a lifetime commitment i would like to just tell everyone all the things i have done last year and STILL lost weight just to show anyone new, and remind everyone who isnt new why SW is so great and flexible. please add to the list it will be interesting:

Eat out once or twice a week at all my fave restaurants, indian, chinese, italian, pub food, the lot!!

All inclusive holiday

Have a good drink with friends every week and still get rather tipsy

Snack from when I get in at 6pm til i go to sleep

Full english breakfast every Sunday :D

Eat when I want every day :p
