Things that keep your mind of food

I can only cross stitch!!! Wish I was a little more creative!!!
But enjoy it!! And with 4 children too, don't have time for much else!! Hehe x
 
Crafting (knitting, crochet, weaving, spinning, etc) keeps my fingers busy and my mind occupied. Computer games can also help (its so easy to lose a couple of hours playing warcraft or the sims).

donna88- knitting help is a great site for learning to knit- has loads of videos (it was how I learnt)- it really doesn't have to cost much to learn, even if you buy new from a yarn shop you can get a pair of needles and some cheap acrylic yarn for around a £5
 
I find that free foods just cause a binge. Especially fruit, I find eating an apple just makes me hungry, weird I know. I try things like Pepsi max for sweet cravings and now the Twinings Green tea with peach and cherry blossom as its nice and warm :) I also paint my nails as then when youre waiting to dry you cant exactly eat :D
