I did almost 3 weeks on Exante recently, but found that it made my depression worse. I have started on Weight Watchers again, but I'm really struggling with it.

I am thinking of trying Exante again - my mood is a little more stable than it was, so I'm going to see how I go, and if I feel it dropping again, I will stop.

I've put 4lbs back on since stopping Exante, and I feel so sluggish again - apart from my mood, I felt so much healthier on Exante! :sigh:

My meds have been upped now, so I'm feeling much better than I did a few weeks back. I'm hoping I can cope better with it this time - I found the diet itself pretty easy, so if I can get over the effects on my mood, it's a winner for me!

It only took me 2 days, and I didn't really get any side effects either, so I was pretty lucky! Everybody's different.
