Thinking abaout it .....

Am feeling quite virtuous today as I had some time before my dentist appt this morning so ran 5k on my treadmill. This makes up for the fact I went out to lunch yesterday :). I really want to see 11 stone something (anything!) on Saturday when I weigh in.

ahhh, topcat, can I have some of your motivation? Could do with getting on the treadmill again.

How's everyone getting on? I'm now 10.5 lbs lighter & only 4.5 lbs from the healthy weight range. Still enjoying the food but have been a bit bad about having my protein top up which has made me feel a bit off. I think it's important to get the top ups right to stay healthy & I plan to do better, just got a bit complacent.

For the money I think this is the best diet I've done. I'm probably spending less than I usually would on food & it's working. Can't quite believe it's this easy.
