    Hi Everyone,

I'm currently doing W8 regular plan, where you can have a meal at night from a list.

I'm really struggling with the taste of their food packs. I previously did two weeks of lighter life and liked their packs much better. I've had a taste of the girl in my office's cd packs and they seem to be much more like LL's, so I'm tempted to move over onto CD.

I understand there is a version of cambridge that you can still have a meal at night, is it the 790 plan or something?

Can anyone advise where I'd be able to look at the list of food allowed.

Many many thanks for your help in advance.

Thank you Beverley. It pretty much looks the same as w8's regular plan. I think I'll be converting! :)

You can easily lose 12lbs per month on it .... and it is a more sociable diet than SS for those who want to eat out, or with the family.
