Hi all, I've never done CD before but have done lipotrim before. After many failed attempts I have decided that a completely non-food diets are not for me. I'm fine during the day but need to eat something in the evening because it's too hard to see and smell my BF's food and not have anything.

So does anyone else do this? How do you find it? Is it a little easier than to full ss? What sort of losses could I expect?

Sorry for all the questions

My friend does 810 and she loses the same as me doing SS. She has solidly lost 1 stone a month for the last 4 months. The good thing about it is that if she plateau's she plans to move down the steps. It seems to work for her, and like I said the losses seem as good.

Good luck with whatever you decide.

The 810 plan is great  The portion sizes are big! It may not be ketogenic though, but not many people have a problem with hunger on it.

SS+ is good too. Just a case of finding a plan that suits you :)
