Thinking about trying WW again..

I joined back at the beginning of July, and only managed two days before giving up and going back to my unhealthy binge habits.. Now I'm considering coming back to WW. I was gonna go with calorie counting, but I need the support system of WW and the weekly meetings and weigh ins, cause they're what will keep me on track -- I know I wouldn't want to cheat if someone else was weighing me every week! Also my friend follows WW, and has lost over a stone and a half in 4 weeks, so it'd be nice to go to the classes together and be support for each other too..

What have all your successes been like on WW?
 
I was the same. I most a stuck to was a few weeks then cheated and gave up!
I've been back on ww for a little over 4 months and lost 2stone 7lbs. Having a buddy really helps. I don't go to meeting, just do it online.
Also if you can, get the phone app, I would not of stuck to it for as long as I have without it!!!
 
I've found having an app on your phone so easy. Especially shopping cause you can check points values discreetly.
