Slowly but surely!
On day 3 of LT as it worked so well for me a few years ago, however really struggling and being very snappy with kids, really want to loose a few stone quite quickly, do you think this is a good alternative to a ketosis diet? X
 
Not sure what a LT diet is, however I do know that JUDDD is a lifestyle & not a quick fix diet. You won't lose super quick on it after the first couple of weeks, but you can lose steadily & set yourself up to keep it off rather than losing it fast, getting diet jaded & putting it all back on....well at least thats the theory!!
 
JUDDD is definitely not a quick diet but sometimes slow and steady wins the race! It isn't a 'diet' as such, it's a way of eating that you keep to forever ~ just adjusting your calorie goals when you get to maintenance. A lot of us have been on VLCD and found that when we go back to eating we just put weight back on. This is for life...........
