Thinking of starting however

now this is gonna sounds strange...my absolute dream would be a granola diet!!! so if i only consumed the breakfast granola flavours, for every meal would the diet work for me? honestly i dream of cereals and the thought of doing a diet around them would be amazing!!

and how many packets are you supposed to have on this diet for best weight loss results?

It does sound a bit strange..... I have heard of people dreaming of eating chocolate all day (and many do), yet never granola......

If you order the months food hamper, you can choose to order 30 granola portions. They are all prepacked.
If you wanted to eat more cereal, possibly you could also have granola for lunch. Just as long as you stayed within 1250 calories, or whatever the DC website recommends for your height/weight. In that case, possibly it would be better to order the food seperately from QVC/direct from manufacturer?

I know very little about low GI diets myself.....
