Hi. The easiest way is to have a look on the website, there is even a 7 day plan you can print off and that will give you an idea of the principles of SW. If you have never done it before it really is worth going along to class just to start you off. Good luck with the plan, it is fab :)

The website does the best job of describing it!

I started back again on the diet last week and have found it pretty easy as there are so many different foods you can eat if you are hungry! Its just making the change from snacking on crisps and chocolate to something a bit more healthy!
