Thinking of swapping from SW to WW

I have been following SW for a few months without much success and am toying with the idea of joining WW.

However my boyfriend really likes the SW type of foods we eat and I am wondering if we could still eat some of my SW recipes but just point them?

What are the points like for Quorn pieces, Quorn Sausages, Noodles, Pasta, Potatoes etc.

Any help greatly appreciated :)

Hi hun, You can still eat these things, but its more about portion control. You can eat ANYTHING as longs as controled. So you can't scoff a mountin of SW chips and go back for more!!xx
Hi I think ww is good as its portion control as GMC says,your fella can eat big portions and you have small.....

Pasta is 1 pt per 20g of dried! It doesnt seem like much but when you have 3 points worth its plenty with something else! My portions are a lot smaller than they used to be but im fuller for longer! Instead of gorging on free foods im having a balanced diet!

quorn sausages=1pt each
quorn fillet=0.5 pt each

60g plain mash potatoe=0.5pts
100g medium portion potatoe=1pt

I was having much luck on SW as I like not to be restricted to free foods so much and I found I was eating a massive jacket pot with beans for lunch then a mound of pasta for dinner.

I also like the fact on ww it's easier to eat out, which I do alot and easier to have a treat every now and then.

Think I am going to do it online as my work patterns don't match us so weel will classes and I like the fact of being able to keep an online diary.
