    Good morning all - and I hope this is a thinner Thursday all round!

    Today I have a real treat - off to Hever Castle with a friend for a good look around. It looks great on website and I'm looking forward to seeing around the gardens. Will probably add a small chicken salad today which is fine - I had planned to do a mix of ss and ss+ so that I can still go out and socialise. My cold is improving too:)

    Derby praccy last night went well - seems I'm either feeling vastly improved or trick is to pre load all my 810 daily requirement into the time before derby. Also managed 4.5 litres of water yesterday - 2L over my standard but I was exercising heavily so its not unreasonable.

    I'm going out in a moment to get some more skate time in round the park. Just downing my shake.

    Not much for the rest of the day - some studying and thats it.
