Third Time's A Charm...

That's fair enough, its not worth wasting your money if you dont feel like you are getting anything out of it!!! Sounds like a nice dinner! I love pasta with a good garlicy tomato sauce! :D x

18/01/13

Breakfast - Plain boiled rice, cherry Muller light (some kind of 'rice pudding' I saw on here which was RANK!) and a banana.

Lunch - Fusilli pasta with a tomato, vegetable and bacon sauce.

Dinner - Smoked salmon fillet, salad of cucumber, tomato, spring onion and lettuce, chips (HexB for oil - done in actifry) and tomato sauce (1 syn).

Snacks - 50g Rolo Ice cream (6 syns), 3 Reese's Miniature Cups (6 syns - not definitely having all of these, just there in case!), 175ml Whole Milk (HexA) with 2 tsp Chocolate milkshake powder (2 syns).

Total syns - 15

Had an alright day actually, food wise! Of course there's still a good few hours of my evening left now and this is usually the time when I binge, but I have 14 syns left, so loads left for the treats I've planned in my snack! Whether or not I'll eat all of that, who knows?! Hope you're having a good evening :)

Aw never mind Gill! Seriously, if I had the money to do that I would have done by now! Only my poorness is keeping me from ordering a huge amount of take away at the moment haha! Chinese is my all time favourite :) Are you getting straight back on it today??

Today is sushi day! In other words, we found loads of nice Scottish Smoked Salmon on sale after Christmas, froze it, we finally have sushi rice again and I'm making loads today! Will upload pictures later :)

19/01/13

Breakfast - A banana and a waffle (3 syns).

Lunch - Sushi! Smoked salmon, sushi rice (made with a vinegar, rice wine, and sweetener), nori (dried seaweed), cucumber, avocado (4.5 syns), sesame seeds (1.5 syns), peppers, spring onion.

Dinner - probably more sushi! Either that or some of the pasta I had for lunch yesterday.

Snacks - ...Sushi?!

Syns - 9 so far, might go up or down depending on how much avocado/sesame seeds I use!

Yesterday was another 'good' day thankfully! I mean that in that it was easy, like it used to be... I think I found Slimming World so hard to get back into this time because back when I first started last year, it was a challenge - something new I could focus on and learn about - and I didn't get bored easily. But now, I am unemployed and most of my friends are off at university so I'm not even going out much meaning that basically, my life is boring at the moment! So trying to diet on top of that was just near impossible.

So for me to say that the last two/three days have been almost easy is quite an achievement really :D I don't feel like I'm losing anything at the moment though, as my stomach is bigger than it's been in a while and I just feel 'frumpy', if that makes sense to anyone who reads this?! But I'm going to keep at it regardless, and hope for any kind of loss :) So, to the food!

Omg chip butty you have started something now! Yum

Haha! I actually got the idea from another SWer on here who said she was having one for after weigh in and I had to join in haha! It was amazing, the smell alone was the best bit, I think! Smelt like a proper chippy in here :D

Just made some fairy cakes, yay! Having two and also snuck a chicken wing my mum made so that'll be an extra 10 syns for all that, putting me 0.5 syns over today, but I've been under the past two days so I'm not worried!

AHH! Ecstatic as I just found out that plain fairy cakes are actually only 4 syns each meaning I'm actually 0.5 under! YAY! Small things haha...

Woo awesome! Fairy cakes sound delicious, send this way please hehe!! Well done for being on track! :D xx

Haha, they were definitely nice! Well if you're at Kent uni (guessing by your email address haha) I could chuck one across the water at you, but it might not reach :p Thanks! It's getting easier the longer I'm doing it again :)
