Got to do it this time!!
Everyone has a good loss in Attack week, its mostly water and I believe glycogen stores. It then seems to slow down a little on the first week of cruise, at least I have noticed for quite a few people it does. Then it seems to go back up again, see my stats. It's a fantastic eating plan and as long as you stick to it it works well.

I am in the cruise phase - did 6 days on attack and lost 5.5lbs and am on my 6th day of cruise.........and have lost another 4lbs - I am amazed at how easy it has seemed!
I know!! Seems to good to be true :) but it is working for me too! Congratulations on your losses so far :) xx
