b/fast: baked beans, 2 slices w/meal toast (HEB)

lunch: jacket potato with 2 LC extra light triangles (HEA),chicken chunks,lettuce,onion and tbsp lf salad cream (2syn)
small pkt wotsits (5.5 syn)

dinner:chicken savoury rice (1syn), grilled chicken breast with seasoning,peas sweetcorn and green beans
one bourbon biscuit (3.5 syn)

snack: 2 min babybel light (HEA)

total syn:12

pretty good i think, or at least hope;)

weds 16/3 - extra easy

b/fast: quorn sausage, bacon, mushrooms and beans.

lunch: small w/meal roll(HEB) with chicken slices and tbsp lf salad cream(1.5 syn) lettuce
wotsits (5.5syn)

dinner: pasta with tuna and 2tbsp lf mayo (4syn) large salad-lettuce onion cucumber.

snack: 3x mini babybel lights (HEA)

total syns: 11

thurs 17/3 -extra easy

b/fast: egg in fry light, bacon and mushrooms.

lunch: ham,cheese and leek pasta n sauce(2syn) 3x mini babybel light(HEB)

dinner: sw chilli (lean mince, mushroom onion, pepper, kidney beans,passata, chilli powder) 2 slices of w/meal bread (HEA)

snack: wotsits (5.5syn)

total syns: 7.5

:Dgood day so far but still early so prob a few more syns later
