    (This is a large breakfast I know but I wanted kind of a last blowout before i got started lol)
    2 tesco healthy eating cumberland sausages. (2 syns)

    Just come back from my weigh in and ive lost (drum roll please) 9 1/2 lb. Ha ha get in.
    As you can imagine I am quite pleased with this ha ha. Bring on next week.

    Don't worry just draw a line under it and cut back for the next few days on syns. Start using left overs or prepare your lunch in advance so you don't use so many syns
