Thought i'd post my food diary on here so you lovely ladies can give me any comments

Date joined SW - 1st Oct 2010
Starting weight - 19st 9.5lb

Long way to go, but taking it slowly:D

Friday 2nd Oct

B: 2 apples (hadn't been shopping :p)
L: Grapes and Melon
D: Jacket potatoe, Tomatoes and Mushrooms
HEA Laughing cow triangles (with carrot sticks)
HEB - 2 Alpen bars
SYNS: None :rolleyes:

Sat 3rd Oct

B: Peach Activia with and apple
L: Jacket potatoe with beans
D: Bacon, egg, mushrooms, beans and 2 thin sausages (6 syns)
HEA laughing cow triangles (with carrot sticks)
HEB -2 alpen bars
SYNS: 6 as above

Sun 4th Oct

B: Activia with an apple
L: See HEB
D: Roast chicken, roast potatoes, Carrots, Broccoli, sweetcorn and 1 yorkshire pud (3 syns)
HEA Laughing cow triangles
HEB WW country veg soup
SYNS: 2 finger kitkat 8.5 syns total
