Hi all

I have lost weight fairly easily a couple of times in the past 13 years, but I just can't seem to get motivated at the moment :( Hoping to be more focused with this forum.

Will be weighing in in the morning so will have a definate idea of how much weight I want to loose. I am going to try to count calories, tried WW and Tesco before with no success so going to try "going it alone"

Hopefully I will get the hang of it and manage to post on the correct board lol
