This is my official start i got weighed today

Im starting officially monday been to see my counsellor today. I will be doing 3 packs plus small meal, i put 2 lbs on over xmas and new year. Im please at that so that makes me 19 stone 1/4Lb my goal being to get into the 17 region asap but do have a romantic weekend away on feb 5/6th.

So thats me to date, hope your all hanging in there.
