bfast - cuppa 2
lunch - tuna salad sandwich 10 quavers 2 ww yog 1 fruit
dinner tonight im making fajitas which im yet to point!
 
Fab on the 2lbs!! Sure that's great even after Xmas and New Years and the chocolate!! It's all the water! Trinab do you drink plenty of water? I def feel a lot lighter and my jeans are baggy this morning and that's only this week! Cx

I only lost 1lb but I really lost focus towards end of week so ill take that. :)

I do hun yeh. I dont no maybe vintage isnt workin that well anymore but ive tried pp and the losses r the same. I think this week im guna focus on more exercise and start doin my you tube workouts again.x
