put 1lb on this week which i expected as i used all my weeklies plus more!
gotta try harder!!!!!! x

Im not sure, got a diploma in child care might need to do a short course - what do you need now days?

Don't worry about that little gain, your soon have that back off and plenty more x

havent gotta clue hun as i went to college n just got my level 3 in child care and education so went right into a job!!
 
Head down and im sure that 1lb will be offskie next week.
Im pooped, hope my boy sleeps better.

morning :)

food for today is looking somethin like this

bfast - cuppa 2
lunch - sausage and bacon sandwich - 16
dinner - chicken chow mein with sauce which will include noodles, beansprouts, baby corns, peppers, mushrooms, onion and a chow mein sauce, have no idea how to point this!
but im scrapping my weeklies for last night n tonight!
 
well its safe to say ive still got half of
my weeklies left!
had nothin to eat today except a small bowl of stir fry i made, had no apetite "/
 
hiiii :)
so today ive been on track again woop
bfast - apple
lunch - nothin "/
dinner - sausage dinner - 20
snacks - crisps 4
maybe have a choc later to use rest

n stil have 25 weeklies ;)
 
todays food is a little repetivite lol but i enjoy it n its healthy :)

bfast - cuppa 2
lunch - chicken 6 salad sweetcorn 1 with sweet chil sauce 1, ww yog 1
fruit
dinner - chicken salad 6 with two vegetable fingers 3 and mccoys potatoe chips 5, sweet chili sauce 1

3 points spare :)
 
I def think water has helped me! I never was a water drinker having juice instead but after only 3weeks I almost crave it! Lol

Shez, my food everyday is usually very similar I wouldn't worry about it lol! I love it so what odds cx

thats how i look at it, i like it n its healthy so what the prob haha x
