Green Days This sound ok?

skinny minny here I come!
Just wanted to double check i'm on the right track still

Breakfast:
2 alpen light bars (hexb)
Banana

Lunch:
2 quorn sausages, baked beans, kidney beans, mushrooms and onions all mixed up
3 satsumas

Snack:
Mullerlight layer (2 syns)

Dinner:
Wild mushroom risotto (from slimmingeats.com) which will contain 1 syn and one hexa (parmesan cheese)

But i might save the hexa and have some laughing cow and ryvita if i get peckish later tonight, which will also use my second hexb

need more fruit and veg don't I? But other than that does it sound ok?

All sounds fine to me :)

If you want to have salad to fill you up more then as others have suggested have some with my risotto recipe. But there is more than a 1/3 superfree of mushrooms etc in the recipe so you will be fine if you dont fancy the salad.
