This time I will do it!!...

Okay - weighed this morning and showing -2lb since WI, as much as I'd love this I'm a bit pessimistic but that's not a bad thing as it's made me stick to plan.

Oh, and NSV yesterday - went out to watch to rugby (amazing game!!) wearing my trusty rugby jersey and a pair of Next skinny jeans in a size 12!! Couldn't believe it! They did have a little stretch to them but still, haven't been in 12's for years!!

Today's food:
HExA = Nothing
HExB = Hi Fi Light Bar

BREAKFAST:
Strawberries

LUNCH:
Spicy SW wedges
Mullerlight Greek (0.5 syns)

DINNER:
Gok Wan Noodles (1 syn)

SNACKS:
SW style quiche made with sweet peppers, onion, mushrooms and low fat cottage cheese
Grapes

TOTAL SYNS = 1.5 SYNS

Hoping for a small loss/STS this week. The rugby messed with my diet - impossible not to drink and eat on international day lol x

It happens to all of us and we all use food as an emotional crutch sometimes. You recognised it and I'm sure you'll be back on track x
 
Getting there, thanks. He came back home from hospital last week.

I really hope there's something they can do for you hun. Pain killiers may help in the meantime but hopefully they can do something more long-term x
 
Awful day. 101 things to do so skipped lunch and then was so hungry had crisps and then pizza.

So p!ss3d off with myself lately.

Scales were showing 12st today so that's a gain of 1.5lb since Thursday and I only really had Saturday off plan. Demoralised me and so I ate - again!!

This will be my second week of a gain!

So just want to get my head back into it and get losing again but finding it so difficult to find the motivation I had at the beginning. I know that unless I find that soon I'll end up gaining all I lost.

Even thought about the pills that are on the market to help lose weight but then I'm on dangerous territory - I've taken all kinds to lose in the past but it's only ever a temp measure and is no good for me.

Wanted to get to target by my birthday but that won't happen now.

Ashamed to go to group with a gain for the second week in a row....

Getting sick of myself and writing these rants now so no doubt everyone else is stick of me moaning aswell. Sorry. Rant over :-(
 
Hey hun. Today makes 2 days out of 7 - you have done really well the other 5 so may not be as bad as you think. Did you eat the full pizza? Were all human and we have all been there. Id still advise not skipping group as that will lead to you saying the same thing next week.

You were feeling so positive last week, dont let 2 bad days ruin things for you. Get back on that horse and kick a$$ .
 
Yep, a whole medium vegetable pizza :-(

Some friends I used to work with have arranged a night out on the 20th April and we only manage to meet about once twice a year. I didn't go last time as I had just had the baby.
I have 4 WI's after this Thursday until then and really want to lose at least another 7lb by then. I want to wow them.

Going to dig out my 'fat' photos tomorrow for more inspiration and use that night out as a goal.

Just don't know why I always fall off the wagon so spectacularly.
 
Ok - 4 WI's - 1.5lbs a week is 6lbs anything over that is a bonus. Break it right down and think week by week, dont think 4weeks ahead. It is more than doable, In between that your moving house and thats stressful enough so dont stress out about your food. Put the photos all around your kitchen pin them to cupboard doors and the fridge and freezer :D you will wow them hun you can do it x
