Well they do say no pain no gain so hope the physio works for you. I think its best you ask them for advice you dont want to cause any more damage.

Ive got my appt with specialist tomorrow so will see what he says/suggests.
 
I just posted on your thread hun - amazing news! Am so pleased for you. Hopefully they can give you some answers as to why your in so much pain and find/do something to help. Will keep my fingers crossed for you xx
 
Just catching up, yay for new car and even bigger ya for the size 12's. food looks great this week bet ya can't wait for weigh in later.

You've done the right thing going back to docs and getting signed off, if your still in pain your best of resting up and like ya say its extra time with the kiddies. I'm not sure about the massage, I think it'll make you more relaxed it just depends if you can bear to be touched because they'll apply some pressure. Best to ring physio.

Decided not to go for massage today, I rang the physio woman and she said I probably wouldn't be able to stick someone touching it and even if I could, they could do more damage as you need to know what your doing.

So...day pottering about the house

But... I have lost 3.5lb this week. So chuffed!! Onwards to my 4st award :)

Food:
HExA = 350ml Skimmed Milk
HExB = 35g Porridge

BREAKFAST:
Porridge made with HExA & HExB

LUNCH:
Cuppa Soup (5 syns)

DINNER:
Cooked dinner - SW mash, roasties, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, yorkshire (3 syns) and gravy (4 syns) Ginger Beer (8.5 syns)

TOTAL SYNS = 20.5 syns

I think its good you decided against the massage, the physio will start working eventually and you will be able to have that massage later.

Bit of an off-plan day involving crisps, cream scones and Baileys! Not stressing too much, today is done and I'll reduce my syns for the rest of the week to accommodate. Have walked a lot today though so hoping it'll all even up by next week x

It won't Hun I thought about havin one treat day a week but I go overboard your really good at reigning it in when you need to. X
 
Thanks hun. Worked out that although I was on plan this week, I've STS the last 3 weeks and I think that's partly due to feeling a tad deprived when OH is stuffing so going to give it a try this week and see how it goes x
 
Hi chick hows you? sometimes its good to have an off plan day I think it boosts the system now and again. x
 
Urgh! Took the Tramadol that the Dr gave me for my back - one one tablet instead of the two he told me to take - but enough to make me very sick. Sat down on the bed for a few minutes about 3 o'clock and fell fast asleep, lucky OH was here to have kids.

An awful with tablets, will have to hope the acupuncture will ease the pain as don't think I can manage those tablets again :-(
