You have to do what's right for you & if your not in the frame of mind for CD then i have to be honest & say don't waste your money. It must be awful for you not to enjoy the products and its not good at all to be on any plan you don't enjoy. Good luck no matter what you do but keep us posted & good luck x x x x

Aawww thanks Angel. Yeah I just can't eat the products. I've lost about a stone in a week so I know the plan works I'm just a fussy little sod. I'm still 100% committed to reaching my goal but after lots of thinking overnight and a few tears (I'm nutty) I have decided to switch to Slimming World. I will still keep my diary going and checking in on you all. Keep going you've done it before and you're on your way to do doing it again xx
