Thanks everyone! It does feel brill to be close to my goal :D I did have an initial target to get to 15 stone, but I revised that recently to a weight where I would be at a 'normal' BMI. 24.9, soooo close to overweight lol

Louise: I was the same when I started, I was so nervous about running in public so I chose to do it at times when there wouldn't be that many people about. But I eventually just thought 'sod it, they don't know me' and just got on with it.
Thanks you two! Strange thing is, I don't actually feel like I've lost anything if you see what I mean.

And I've got 8 points left for the day (3 plus 30 mins activity points). That is the hard thing about WW I've found: eating all the points...
Well done Jim.. you've done amazingly well.. you must feel fantastic! I lost 7lbs this week.. I honestly am not sure how.. but I'm -37lbs now and a size ten again! yay!
Those pics are awesome Jim.. it's amazing isn't it when you don't feel like you have to cover up anymore? You just want to walk around showing off your great figure? I'll be in the shops now shouting "HAVE YOU GOT THIS IN A SIZE 10?" hehe
