Wow, well done! It's nice when you have that sort of loss at the start of a diet but to have that when you've already lost so much is amazing!

I've picked at loads of crap today it seems, but still only went two points over my daily allowance. Though I bagged 10 activity points today with a 10k run so that's a nice banker for me (my handy running gadget tells me the run burned off just over 1000 calories!!!). I've got another 10k on Monday so if I stay on track, hopefully it'll show good on the scales on Wednesday
