this week i lost......

Kirsty you will surprised how easy it is - I havn't had a meal for 8 weeks and if I can do it anyone can, ok so I've had the odd bit of high protein but really try not to cos as soon as I eat I want more ! x

2.5 is still a great weight loss Kirsty - if you were doing WW or Sw you would be over the moon with it! 24lbs and 26inches, and you are on track for your Nov goal - thats totally amazing and you are looking so good on it. Maybe trying SS for a week might shake it up a bit. I added 2 bars this week - spread across 5 days expecting it would slow things and instead had a better loss - maybe I just confused my body(am I making any sense here?)

My CDC told me not to focus on individual weeks weight loss but look at the total amount lost, that way you won't be disillusioned with individual weeks. Please remember to quote that back at me next week won't you - I had a really good week this week and I know the loss will have to slow down at some point...
