Thought I would share this with anyone who is interested, and perhaps others can join in. I've decided on mondays to set myself some mini targets/guidelines in order to try and stay on the straight and narrow for the week ahead. I personally find it good to have a little review of how I did last week and make some adjustments where necessary.

This week I will......

  • Aim to lose 3lbs
  • Try and do at least 2 sessions of exercise as I've slacked badly recently
  • Try and up my fruit intake which has been slipping slightly recently
  • Drink more water
  • Try a new SW recipe
  • Try to keep my syn count low as I am probably going out on friday night
  • not eat the 2 cakes and 2 Wispa bars I have in the cupboard!! ;)
 
This week I will get back on plan properly (including getting weighed every week and staying to group!) after 8 weeks of messing about since calling target.

After fish and chips at the seaside tonight, of course... :whistle:
 
This week I will only eat when I am hungry, not just because my mouth fancies something!
 
I may have to join you :) this week I will do three sessions, stop picking when I am not hungry and drink more water!!!
 
This week I will
*aim for 2lb loss
* continue with my zumba challange every day and try and reach the 20 minuate target
* up my water intake
* eat at least 1 superspeedy food every day
 
This week I will
* stay on plan
* drink at least 2 litres of water every day
* exercise at least 4 times

... and now that I've said it, I've got to do it.

  • Do four exercise sessions (2 x gym, 1 swim, 1 body attack class)
  • Not jump on the scales so often and then get stresed when they change for the worse!
 
This week I will...

Aim for 1.5lbs off.
Use the Wii Fit more often.
Drink more water.
Eat more vegetables (I seem to be sticking to fruit and salad!)

Whats a body attack class?
 
this week i will stay on plan EVERY day. No cheating in this bears house!!!

Oh and i will go to a gig and not get drunk tomorrow!!! :)
 
Good idea.
This week I shall
- do 5 days of 30 day shred
- have 7 days 100% on plan
- not jump on the scales every day
