This weeks weigh in


taking it 1 day at a time
Wow, can't believe it. Although I've stuck to it for 6 days this week I had a major blowout on Saturday and ate loads of slices of Pizza Hut stuffed crust pizza, a bar of choccie and loads of sweets. (Must find a better way to cope with stress!!) Anyway, got on the scales this morning and I'm down to 10st 12.5lbs, a loss of 2.5lbs. Looks like I should be able to get my BMI below 25 before my hols in August.
I'm running for 30 minutes 3 times a week and have recently added 6 days of dumbell exercises in so I think it must be paying off.
Onwards and downwards........
