Hiya hun

I don't have any CD packs anymore and today I have had:

Bowl of Allbran
Ham and mustard sandwich
Punnet of raspberries
Summer fruit pudding with cream
Stir fry prawns and chicken with tikka masala sauce and rice
Big bowl of grapes, raspberries, strawberries, cherries and blackberries
Two jumbo crackerjacks

I don't have packs either.

Breakfast: Porridge with a handful of frozen fruit chucked in. Cooked then greek yoghurt stirred into it.
Lunch: Sausage sandwich :D
Mid afternoon: handful of almonds
Dinner: Fish pie and loads of veg
mini cornetto
Also had a mango smoothie with skimmed milk and greek yoghurt
An apple
Some strawberries
Handful of cherry tomatoes.

Think that's about it. Some days would be considered more healthy, but today was okay.

Varies from day to day but today was

Breakfast- Muesli with pear and strawberries
Lunch- Ham salad sandwich
Dinner-Chicken and veg stirfry

Snacks- Banana, Apple, handful of grapes, 2 biscuits :)
