Three time lucky

Hi all im new to this but seems like such a great site.

Just started again today for the third time! Have a stone to lose and I just want to be able to keep it off! Lost it on slimming world two years ago but have put it on over the past six months :(


Breakfast - two slices of nimble (hexa), butter (3syns)
Lunch- small potato, Tuna, tomato. Muller light, some grapes
Dinner - spag Bol made with passata ( peppers, onions) some cheese (hexb)


Does this seem ok? I tried a few months ago and for some reason couldn't shift the weight!! I previously did red/ green so thinking should maybe go back to that !!!
