Hi everyone. I'm new to cd and struggled the first week but managed to lose 6 and half pounds. I'm on week two and finding it a bit easier. I have a busy week next week and most evenings will be having evening meals then I'm on holiday for two weeks. I was just wondering how people find it when they have a break? I'm going to go back on ss when back but concerned all my hard work would of been a waste. Any advice or suggestions? ?
