On a journey !
Breakfast : 2 weetabix covered with mullerlight HEB

Lunch : soup HEB

Dinner : quorn saugage and baked beans bake.

HEA : Milk for coffee

Hope this sound ok, doing in alone xx:confused:
 
doesnt seem alot to me kymsey ..i only stated last week but have been eating far more than usual and lost 4 pounds first week ....you dont seem to have had any fruit or veg and as they are all free maybe good idea to include some ?
 
Yep, looks good but not much. I'd say try and get your five-a-day in on top of what you've written - your fruit and salad will help with this. Also, I'd try and have at least a couple of syns... unless you are saving them up for some reason.

I'm saving my syns for a glass of wine in evening, thanks for advise though xx
