Got weighed this morn and lost 1 n half! This is great for me as its been coming off so slowly at half a pound a week. Even greater as I have had lots of green days this week including eating 3 of those gorgeous smash pizzas!!!
1lb off for me as well. I'm a little disappointed but then I haven't done any walking this week and I wasn't in the mood for cooking, so lots of pasta type dishes - I must have more fresh veg this coming week!!
