I lost 1.5lbs and got my 1/2 stone award! Very pleased as it has only taken me two weeks!

Had my WI last night, was so pleased that i have started losing again......... even though it was only a lb, it still felt so good.

Hey even went shopping this week...... and i had to buy the clothes in a size 12....... was walking on air all day...

I lost 2 lbs - a bit annoyed as the gym scales said I'd lost 7lbs - and no it's got nothing to do with 2 different scales - I was going on weight difference and not actual weight. Ah well - we'll see next week.
