I moved my WI day to Mondays, and did say I would come back to let you know how I got on the first week.. well, Lost 5lb last nights WI (although,lol. it was 7lb on mine first thing in the morn, no clothes)

Thanks G2BFabat40, Yes, first week's WI. Not sure why I expected my scales to be the same as the groups, and in the eve too, lol.. I should know by now, you weigh a good 2lb heavier in the eve anyway. x

2lbs on for me this week, but its * week so im not too worried, its not the full 5lbs that I usually put on!

Maintained again and it was * week.
