im not going to my normal class now, i've got tomorrow off. so im going to a morning class locally instead!

Just poppin in to say I lost 2lb this week (monday WI) I've changed my group to a Tues Morning one as I am off for new cpl of weeks with a fractured arm and it'll give me something to do and I can stay to class too .

Well done Care Bear!

Well I lost an incredible 5.5lbs this week, which has taken me past Target!!!!
I am so, so, so happy!
I've reset my target to equal today's weight.
I now have to learn how to maintain!!!!!
Can't stop my very cheesey grin.

Wow what great losses this week! G2BFAF and CB brilliant losses.

G2BFAF - I would cry to if, no when i reach my target, you deserve it after all your hard work.

I lost 4lbs this week which puts me under 11st for the first time since i had my daughter nearly 2 years ago. Us Thursday weighers are having a great week!

i am ashamed to say i lost just half a lb tonight - not like everyone else!!! still chipping away at it, but have had a strange week so not too upset - would have liked more, but half a pound is a LOSS! x

2lbs off for me this week, obviously would have liked more but I did have the weekend off as I went away but 2lbs is so much better than the gain it could have been - going to try for a 100% week this week and see what happens xxx
