STS for me was expecting a gain after the week i hav had so pretty happy with this

Well done everyone!! I lost 0.5lbs.. i was happy with that as i was a bit crazy diet wise for 4 days straight after weigh in last week. Got back on the wagon mon n was an angel all week, no syns, hunner of excercise etc puts me into the next stone bracket 14st 13.5lbs xx
