half a pound off last night very happy with that that the half i put on last week. worked out i have about 5 pounds to lose again until i get back to where i was

2.5lbs ON for absolutely no fair reason. That's not 'oh maybe it'll even out next week', 'oh maybe you've lost inches', 'don't worry we all fluctuate over a month' or anything else. That is five packs of butter, quite visibly round my expanding waist. I am beyond woe, I am hateful today
