I have no idea! I put on last week which I think was mainly down to totm. This happened once before where I put on 2.5lbs (totm) then lost 6lbs the next week. This time I put on 3.5lbs last week and lost 7lbs this week. That's some serious water retention lol ;) I did have a good week food wise so was hoping for a loss but didn't expect that much... Crazy but dead happy! x

So you should be, we'll done again. Hopefully ill get the same result next week after my first gain of 1lb this week x

Went for celebration meals previous Fri and Sat and still lost 1.5lb to my surprise. Being good this week so hope the results keep coming.

And get to have cake. Work out how many syns the cake is then set yourself a flexi day limit, then do success express the next day to stay on track.
