How's everyone's week been so far? Managed to stay good or syn'd too much?
I've made a commitment to go for a walk/jog mon-thurs for 5k and tonight I stepped out in the rain and sleet! Proud of myself but tired!
Make sure you pick on free or superfree. Pickled onions, pickled querkins, cut up a pineapple to snack on, free yogurts, fruit or free chips.Have been on plan this week but picking a lot so who knows x
