I only do Extra Easy. I rarely eat meat and if I do it's only chicken so I find Extra Easy flexible x

Me too, but I am thinking of exploring the Green option next week. I've noticed some people mix and match and have better losses with different options.

I've never really looked into Red/Green so wouldn't have a clue what to do but I can see the benefit of mixing things up a bit.

Hi everyone may I join in . Lost 10lbs in my first three weeks but this week plus 0.5 - have stuck to it so hopefully a fluid blip. Annoying though aren't they. Need to lose at least another five stone so got to hang in there.

Can I join you? I'm also a Thursday weigher at class, but I've just joined this site. I didn't weigh in this week and I've only lost 2lb so far, but I'm hoping I have better results in May. x
