8th way in and another 4.5 lbs off, reached my club 10 & got slimmer of the week.. Just hope I can keep it up =)

I've been doing SW since mid October last year so about 32 weeks I think.
I did have a bit of an off-plan few weeks back in March/April and STS for about 5weeks. Am now fully in the SW mindset and am ready to lose my last stone and a half to get me to my 10stone target! X

Well I STS this week but I feeling good about this as was away over the weekend and was a bit (well a lot really) off plan but got right back on it on Tue and had no syns till after weigh in tonight.
2nd WI for me and 3.5lbs off! 5lbs total and only 0.5lbs till I'm back in the 12s! Keep wondering if it's because I wore different clothes this week but they were similar to last week. Just can't believe I've eaten so much and lost so much! Congrats all on your wonderful losses. X

I maintained this week which i'm so glad about, been off plan all week (friends birthdays etc) so lucky i didn't gain. Well Done everyone.

4.5lbs off this week, I'm really proud of that, and was fortunate enough to be slimmer of the week as well 54.5lbs in 16 weeks SW is fantastic Onward & Downward
