Thursday Weighers

Hey everyone was down 2.5lbs
I stayed the same last week and was really disheartened as it was my first week! I kept going tho and have to say thanks for all the support here just reading your posts etc! Really happy and motivated for next weeks loss! I did cut down my carb portions as I think I was eating a huge plate etc whereas I am gluten intolerant so just stuck to gluten free noodles and upped veg and meat Might not work for everyone but think that helped me. Well done to everyone regardless we are doing great even going every week!
 
Down 3 this week totally delighted

Well that was a pleasant surprise 4lbs this week :)
 
Do people set a target each week and if so how much would you usually aim for ?

When my C ask's what weight i am going for i usually say at leaST 2lbs and I seem to be fortunate enough to lose that and more :) Go SW :)
