Off on my jolleys on Saturday but would really, really like - 1.5 next week to take me to 2 stones lost - but we'll see.

well I gained 1.5lbs but its justified as its not been a great week at all. I am now going on holiday so no weigh in for me so hoping its not too bad the following week. I have however sat-wed when i come back to pull it back
