Well after a week away, 4day back on plan ive lost 0.5lb
Im happy with that.

If I didn't get it tonight I think I would have just given up!

Im 1lb down this week.....I seem to be loosing 1 to 1.5lb every week nothing more...anyone any tips for boosting big losses?
